The first of our unique Safe Place project will be taking place on Friday 19 of August 2011 in the heart of Shoreditch.
Safe Place is a collaboration from an artist and designer with performers, writers and musicians where installation art become multi-media fashion performance events and visuals and sound art are fused with the essential idea, inspired by the name Safe Place.
The essence of the happening is continued through all different media and different collaborators working with the images and stories imagined and inspired by the Safe Place context.
The name Safe Place is inspired through travel through the world and imaginary mindscapes.
The connection between all the different techniques is the story that every collaborator makes their own and becomes as well part of one.
Collaborators are the participants in a one day event including a meal within which the participants come together to produce a Safe Place as well as to exhibit, perform, display or install their individual responses to the theme and the results of numerous potential interactions and dialogues between collaborators and fusions.
We are presenting :
* photographic installations from work of traveling minds
* light sculptures on live beats & sounds
* fashion installations journey floating high
* fashion performing ' Walking book chapters' with launching of new fashion collection 'Salon Open'
* architecture in changing time
* painting of event touching life's
* story readings and launching of 'Music Book'
* fusions of live saxophone sounds all around
* screenings of more than art
* togetherness full of positive exchanges in sounds
* ideological package of buffet dinner with bottle of wine
* playful happenings and wishing's to be find or passing by...
Wishing you to come safe to a place thats more than just an exhibition opening more than a fashion show,
more than just food … not just a catchy party but a state of mind!

• 7 p.m. exhibition opening
• 7 p.m. video and movie screening
• 8 p.m. buffet-dinner for collaborators and invited guests
• 9 p.m. readings, live happenings
• 10 p.m. till 1 a.m. fashion performances shows with sound and video fusions
• 1 a.m. closing of exhibition project Safe Place
This exhibition is a private, invitation-only project and we would like to create an intimate family feeling is way you need to register yourself on the Safe guest list online and make a donation covering entry to exhibition opening, performance show with buffet dinner and wine. This is a non-profit event and this donation is just to cover the expenses and support art. The guest list is very laminate and there will be no possibility to participating on the opening day itself if not registered before.
